Order Processing and Shipping
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Items will typically be shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. Order processing times are separate from shipping times available at checkout.

We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States.
Checking the Order Status
You will receive an email notification from us when your order has shipped which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. You can also check the status of the order through the Shop App. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We offer a full refund on regularly priced items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Sale items are not eligible for refunds/ returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at dearestdarlingboutique@gmail.com with your order number and photo of the item's condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try out best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
